When will you ship my products?
We strive to ship products out within 24 hours of purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
We set a standard shipping of $8.99 however some products may have a different shipping fee which is displayed on the product page.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Most orders will not require a signature.
Can I return a product?
A product can only be returned if it is faulty and within 14 days of purchase. Some products are non refundable. To learn about this please read our return policy.

Most of the products are sourced from large vendors. We take careful consideration in sourcing our products to be able to offer the best deal without compromising on quality.

Once you have purchased the ebook you will receive instant download link.
How do I get my free recipe books?
Once you make the purchase we send out the FREE ebook to your email.
How does subscription products work?
If you have purchased any subscriptions you will be billed for the subscription duration selected when ordering product. Subscription orders can be cancelled anytime.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive confirmation of your order through email used to make the purchase.
How can I track my order?

Can I cancel my order?
We strive to process and ship all products within 24 hours. You can contact us to cancel order however if the order has been shipped out unfortunately we cannot cancel the order.
How will my order be packaged?
We strive to make sure packaging is done in a way that the product gets to you quickly and efficiently without any damages to your goods.
Why has my order arrived in multiple packages?
Some products may come in multiple packages if they are too fragile to be included in one order. We may have to also send out the order in multiple packages if the warehouse nearest to you has run out of stock and needs to be shipped from another warehouse.
Can I amend my order?
If your order has not been shipped then you may cancel your order.
